Dietmar Erwin Ruttensteiner is an Austrian business consultant, entrepreneur, and the founder of Ruttensteiner GmbH. With over three decades of experience, he specializes in business development, market entry strategies, and international expansion.

He began his career in the early 1990s by establishing a B2B IT services company focused on maintenance, IT consulting, and project management. As global economic dynamics evolved around the turn of the millennium, he transitioned into strategic consulting and market development.

Today, he is recognized for enabling international companies—particularly those from outside Europe—to successfully enter the Austrian market. His firm provides end-to-end, one-stop solutions, including company formation, legal and organizational structuring, and active sales support.

A significant strength of his work lies in the extensive network he has cultivated over decades within the Austrian business ecosystem and among key decision-makers. This network enables efficient, practical, and high-success-rate project execution.

In addition to his consulting practice, he is involved in developing innovative business models such as the B2B platform DER-Sales, which facilitates connections between international suppliers and Austrian enterprises.

His guiding principle is to sustainably strengthen Austria as a business destination by fostering innovation, international collaboration, and job creation.
